Wait... I'm paying for a Community Tax Certificate but I don't even know where will be my payment be going...haha. Any Idea?

Speaking of papers and stuffs. May 7, 2011, our filing in PRC. I need to get ready and prepare everything. Sabi nga namen, kahit sa Wesleyan lang ang filing, we need to get there at  3 in the morning..haha... at least hindi na tatanghalien.
