The PROPHECY: Flesh Eating Disease or Necrotizing Fasciitis
People should be thankful to the Public Media, airing the so called Flesh Eating Disease or Necrotizing Fasciitis. Without this information, which is a little bit exaggerated in some, people will not be informed regarding this undocumented cases.
Is it alarming? For me, yes.
Why?
If you will look at the measles, Filipinos thought that this disease is common. Also that the proper dissemination of information regarding measles vaccine is inadequate. What happened, an increased victims of measles which also cause death in some patients.
Inadequate information leads to questionable health in our country. The Flesh Eating Disease is not know in our country, and this undocumented cases found in Pangasinan just shows how irresponsible our Department of Health in handling this cases. If proper documentation and study had been done, then this so called plaqued can be minimize in alarm.
Yes the public media caused an abrupt news and scattered all over the social websites. Will this affect Pangasinan, of course! But in the other side of it, we may see just 2 cases, but this is a lesson that we must hold unto. PROPER DOCUMENTATION and PROPER PRACTICE inside the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, without this we will always misinterpret all situations.

HAAD RN Exam - The Secret Behind it...
The thought of getting another Nursing exam is really fascinating in a bad way. I never intended getting it but I don't have any other way of uplifting myself.
There are no secrets in passing the exam or any kind of exams. I booked my schedule last August 3, 2013 then took my exam last September 6 then.... BOOM!... I passed the examination for my first take. Unfortunately, my Friend did not passed and I felt this awkwardness that I don't know how to comfort him. However he told me that it is alright, though part of me thinking that it will tremendously affect him in other ways.
I can't explain how or what are things to review or remember in taking this exam. There are no SECRETS for I would say nor the EXPERIENCE you have. The only thing I know is what BASE KNOWLEDGE you have from the start you have studied the Nursing Knowledge etc..
I learn to this moment how truly PRAYERS helped me a lot. FAITH I would say, an important ingredient that will add an increment in your abilities. Most of all, look back and ask yourself if you ate ready and if your abilities are enough for a new challenge.

Productivity and Stability
Windows 8
I'm not as good as others in using or tweaking new or updated operating systems, but Windows 8 is different.
I upgraded my Windows 7 laptop through the discounted release of Microsoft last October 2012. I must say I'm officially a mobile or Tech Geek from that moment. I became more updated to the latest mobile and laptop world.
When it comes to productivity and usefulness, I see Windows 8 very pronounce in its ability to be very fast in triggering programs though of course it depends on your internals. As a normal user and not a Professional, I found it smart when using it.
I love the way Microsoft approach in the start screen. Maybe for some it is quite a hassle in switching from desktop to this menu but actually it is very amusing. Though I'm not using a touch screen laptop, but the trackpad still has its usage. Activating the Charms bar via right to left swipe at the edge of the trackpad. Left to right swipe to change apps just like using a touch screen, right?
However, performance still the argue from different Tech Website. Some people insist that Windows 7 is more stable than Windows 8 but I must say, I have been using this operating system for a while and It drops a large bomb from the other old OS...hahaha
The verdict, wait for the Windows 8.1 update. I'm assure that people in time will learn Windows 8 very useful in the future.

Things you need to know about the NURSING LICENSURE EXAMINATION
The last NLE 2011 was a little bit strange, the strangest exam that I took in my whole life. Here are my 10 rules in taking up the exam:
1. Don't forget to bring your watch. (That is the first thing I remember, because I forgot to bring my own, so what happened in Nursing Practice 1 was a failure.)2. Don't change your habit. (For the whole review; every morning I'll drink a cup or mug of coffee, eat my breakfast and drink my Vitamin B complex. During the day of exam I only ate my breakfast, in short, I changed it. haha)
3. Don't talk to anyone regarding your answers. (That's a joke because after an exam my friend and I usually talks about some of the questions and answers in the exam.)
4. Smile even if you think the exam is so hard. (Definitely I was smiling. hehe)
5. Don't read any books before the exam, just relax. (The night before the exam, I opened my reviewers before watching T.V. hahaha)
6. Don't believe those superstitious beliefs. (Of course I didn't wear a RED underwear and step first my right foot on the exam venue, but a really odd thing, the top notch of PHYSICIAN examination said that he wore a red underwear and ate a "Red ribbon" bread. haha)
7. If you remember a question and their choices, don't try and research the correct answer. (Well, I did research 2 questions, 1. About a pregnant woman who has a leakage of fluids, what will you do? FERN test, yes I'am correct. hehe, 2. An antineoplastic drug that depletes folic acid. I answered Vincristine, I researched it and revealed the correct answer was Methotrexate. haha, just got into my nerves.)
8. Focus and don't cram. (I cram every time there will be only 20 minutes left, hahaha)9. After the exam, take a rest. (I cried and slept totally because the exam was not the exam you'll be expecting)
10. Pray and leave everything to GOD. (Definitely a must, of course I did my best with the help of God)
The board exam was not that hard but not easy but with the help of God, with your "Faith". You'll never know that every answers you put in there, were the things that you definitely know unconsciously.
A nose Job???
PUCKERMAN!
